Responsibilities & Duties:

gong5deng Prepare menu products as ordered by visitors in accordance with portion control, regular operating techniques and follow foods handling safety requirements.{/> Communicate shortage of menu items to Kitchen Manager immediately <br.}
Labels all foods in storage space and chiller/freezer places appropriately.
Arrange everyday deliveries from Suppliers within their specified chillers & freezers.
Areas soiled crockeries & cutleries in the dishwasher as required (particularly when cleaners are usually conducting other tasks).
Cleans preparing food work and equipment locations according to safe practices guidelines.
Sweeps and mops (deep cleans) your kitchen floor by the end of these shift.
Completes Starting & Closing duties in accordance with accepted procedures.
Reviews any safe practices concerns to the Supervisor on Duty immediately.
Performs additional related duties as designated.
