JLL launches diversity and inclusion client advisory services

JLL provides appointed Blessing Buraimoh as Mind of Diversity and Inclusion (D&We), Workforce Advisory, EMEA who’ll lead to supporting clients over the region in constructing diverse and inclusive workplaces because of their people.

In her new role, Blessing shall business lead JLL’s D&I client advisory solutions in the region, dealing with businesses to implement revolutionary strategies and programmes to greatly help companies attract a wider skill pool with differing backgrounds and lifestyles, also to foster workplaces that promote inclusion and encourage everyone to thrive.

With a decade of industry experience, Blessing joins from Company in the grouped local community, Largest business-directed membership organisation focused on responsible business united kingdom’s, where she was the majority of the Diversity and Inclusion Lead recently. She has a solid history of implementing and developing robust D&I strategies, driving alter through policy review plus development for global companies across different sectors.
