JLL appoints industry expert to its data centres team in EMEA

JLL has more bolstered its senior information centres group in the EMEA with the appointment of Indicate Heard as Mind of Data Centre Tasks, EMEA, to guide data centre capital growth and project solutions for clients over the region.

In this newly created function, Heard will continue to work alongside JLL’s Information Center advisory, transactional and amenities management teams to aid data centre operators, occupiers and developers with building and capital works within EMEA.

He brings over 35 yrs of structure and commissioning encounter, having managed main mechanical, electrical, design, and mission critical tasks across EMEA. Noticed joins from WBS Design, where he brought the task on a 30MW (megawatts) data centre task in Europe. This individual was Director of Global Building for Vertiv previously.
