Jaguar Building Services has renewed its M&E contract at 30 North Colonnade situated in Canary Wharf.

The brand new three-year deal will commence on 1.

The building which includes 330,000 sq. ft of work place has been section of Jaguar’s portfolio since 2009.

Elliott Taylor, Account Manager commented: “We have been delighted to be continuing our relationship with Helix Property Advisors at 30 North Colonnade. We have been very proud to possess been the incumbent providers as of this prestigious building for 12 years now, year and we’ll be providing a complete remobilisation in the brand new.”
