J S Wright wins Lambeth housing scheme deal

Building providers specialist J S Wright has guaranteed a contract to supply mechanical services for 16 energy conserving apartments in a fresh five-storey developing at Knight’s Walk within Lambeth.

The offer, valued at a lot more than £600,000, with housebuilder Hill also contains twelve months of planned service maintenance cover supplied by J S Wright’s residential maintenance company Wright Upkeep.

J S Wright may install a communal heating system and hot water program with distribution from the central energy center to apartment radiators.
