Building services expert J S Wright provides secured a £1.6m-in addition contract to fit away the amenities for just one of London’s greatest build-to-rent luxury developments.
The mechanical and electrical providers contractor provides the mechanical solutions for the amenity areas within two structures (Blocks B and D) at Nine Elms Parkside in Battersea.
The amenities for the development, that is being constructed by Telford Houses for global rental casing developer Greystar, includes office and receptions area, as well as residents’ gyms, lounges, bars, dining libraries and rooms.
J S Wright, that is currently working on another £20 million mechanical services bundle for several 894 buy-to-allow apartments within both buildings for Telford Houses, will also provide 2 yrs of planned maintenance include through its facilities administration company, Wright Maintenance, within the package.
The 131-year-old contractor will suit out the amenity areas with 4-pipe reduced temperature heating and cold water fan coil devices, trench heating and convenience cooling (DX) air-con systems. Provide and extract ventilation via heat recovery products will undoubtedly be installed also.
J S Wright will install household hot and cold-water providers also, waste and soil, and sanitaryware installations. The business will furthermore connect all of the mechanical solutions to a building administration system (BMS).
