ISS signs major deal with Equinor

Norwegian state-owned multinational power business, Equinor, has appointed ISS Service Providers in Norway to provide services to its workplace websites over a five-year expression.

The contract, that is valued at NOK 550 million (£46 million) yearly, is reported to be the biggest facility management contract in the Norwegian market.

Around 500 ISS employees will deliver a complete selection of integrated facility services, including cleaning, catering and food, operations maintenance, in addition to office security and support, to 12 office sites in six different Norwegian cities.

The contract is really a Vested contract, built upon mutual trust and where both ongoing parties invest in each other’s success, leading to better services and lower cost.

The agreement includes a possible extension of five additional years.
