The Role

Job Summary • This role requires in-depth understanding of Business Analytics, IT, and data management skills sets. • Overall installation, configuration, and operation management and support of existing .net applications, Mobile Technology, along with other system installed. • Development and management of information systems and analytical reports through existing or Client applications • Distinction in development of new projects and support ongoing project over complete dot net platform suite alongside strong skill sets on Microsoft SQL server database creation and management. • Operational management and support of CAFM (Computer-Aided Facility Management System), Microsoft Dynamics AX. • Designing the Crystal reports/Power BI as so when required by the continuing business. Duties & Responsibilities: ERP (Microsoft Dynamic AX 2012) • In charge of Documenting the business enterprise requirements, which express what action a remedy must take and what outcome is expected. • In charge of customizing and Configuring the Microsoft Dynamic AX application to attain the operational business requirement. • In charge of conducting user acceptance testing, training the users to utilize and keep maintaining the Microsoft Dynamics Application successfully. • Front-end Support. • Establishing the workflow according to the continuing business requirements. • Preparing and submitting requested reports to the management. Portal Management/ Web Applications • Design, Testing, Implementation, and deployment of customized dot net applications. • Focusing on a complete life-cycle implementation of Business Processes solution. • Post live support and training. • Security administration and setup. Mobile Technology (SMARTPHONE, PDA, EDA, etc. Application development) • Experience with mobile technology and support mobile application development Training • Provide training to the users on the prevailing and developed application. App and software Development • software and Web Development in advanced Web Technologies like ASP.NET MVC, AngularJS, JQuery, HTML, CSS, SASS, Bootstrap, JSON, JavaScript, C#.NET, JAVA, Oracle PL/SQL, MS SQL Server CAFM Management • Manage the operation, support, upgrades and ongoing usage of CAFM systems. • Focusing on a complete life-cycle implementation of Business Processes Solutions. • Security setup and administration. • Responsible to build up, and design the reports according to the continuing business and Client requirements. Additional duties • Participates in special projects and any activities necessary to support the successful functioning of the business, as so when required


  • Experience as Software Developer in advanced Web Technologies like ASP.NET MVC, AngularJS, JQuery, HTML, CSS, SASS, Bootstrap, JSON, JavaScript, C#.NET, JAVA, Oracle PL/SQL, MS SQL Server • Experience in implementing and preparing project plans. • Connection with Crystal Report Writer in the customization and design of reports. • Experience with Asset tagging, data and collection population using barcode labels scanner, QR codes, or other such means. • Minimum three years experience in the FM industry and thorough Understanding of configurations, change management and implementation of CAFM (FSI) systems. • Excellent English oral and written communication skills. • Strong understanding of Business Process Application setup • Hands-on strong and demonstrable understanding of CAFM systems and how BIM and GIS systems could be built-into CAFM, fSI specifically. • Have the ability to demonstrate understanding of ISO 55000/55001/55002. • Have in-depth and development understanding of CAFM – FSI Concept Evolution • In a position to create and effectively implement and update PPMs. • Understand GIS and BIM systems and how this is integrated into CAFM. • Learn how to capture maintenance, condition, and life cycle data, report and analyze data e.g. MTTR, MTTRec, MTBF, MTTF, etc. • Alert to CAFM’s finance/ payment capability and develop this to integrate with the business’s processes. • Can identify opportunities to improve repair and maintenance requirements to improve efficiency and save costs to clients. • Acquainted with benchmarking and reporting against targets and past performance data. • shall set the standards, policies, and procedures and oversee the delivery of quality IT-related services to company’s customers.
