Imtech Inviron wins multi-service estates management deal

Imtech Inviron has already been appointed by Central & North West London NHS Foundation Trust (CNWL) to supply estate management services across 60 of its sites for an initial-four year period.

The offer worth around £16 million will dsicover Imtech Inviron deliver a ranges of services including HVAC, electrical, grounds and fabric maintenance.

These services will undoubtedly be complemented by comprehensive management information created through Inviron’s house data platform Aurora to proactively monitor and manage the functionality of the service.

The contract, which commenced on 1 April will predominantly self-shipped by Imtech Inviron at buildings situated across North West London to Epsom in surrey, dealing with specialist provide partners.

The technical facilities management firm had been awarded the contract through QTS LLP, a wholly-possessed subsidiary of CNWL, and facilitated by FM consultancy, Neller Davies.
