1 Responsibilities and Responsibilities

· Provide administrative assistance to the HSE group in making sure the implementation of LAD HSE administration system

· Ensure filing and transferring of received details into regular reporting/approved documentation formats

· Utilize automatic HSE management system procedures for HSE information and information requirements

· Follow up/monitor degree of accomplishment of action products produced from agreed action programs between HSE along with other departments

· Liaise with inner and external groups ensuring through help that required HSE reviews are compiled and ready regularly. Review the HSE reviews for precision and completeness

· Record, record and publish meeting mins. Provide support in sustaining team’s calender of established enggagements

· Distribution and logging of HSE communications (alerts, bulletins, etc.)

· Perform data-access, documentation, publishing and filling duties

· Manage and distribute HSE documents

· Provide education to HSE employees on filing and data source encoding

2 Required Information and Skills

· 03-04 many years of overall expertise in FM industry comparable or large tasks, airports, hospitals and huge malls as HSE administrator, coordinator, assisitant, etc. Museum experience is extremely preferred

· Minimum 02 yrs clerical or administrative encounter in similar function

· Capability to organise and prioritize according to requirements

· Fluency inside English both written and spoken

· Demonstrate written and oral communication abilities

· Demonstrate capability to work independently so when a team

· Proficient with Microsoft Workplace software (Word, Accessibility, Excel, PowerPoint)

· High amount of discretion coping with confidential information
3 Required Qualifications

· Bachelor diploma or more national diploma in management, secretarial studies or even any related course

Contract length: 24 months
