Housekeeping & Cleaning Manager – 4 Month Contract – J10 Consulting FZ LLE – Dubai

Our Semi Governmental customer has a new requirement of a properly experienced, Housekeeping & Cleansing Manager to become listed on their group in Dubai, UAE. Prosperous candidates will have a successful background as a Waste materials Administration Lead for an FM COMPANY or Consultancy business on large scale tasks and contracts, ideally encounter in Major Activities or similar tasks in the UAE / GCC.

This role can be acquired for instant joining and will be for a short 4 month fixed expression contract being an outsourced worker through J10 Consulting.

Key Duties:

  • In charge of supporting the look and implementation to Event shipping of the entire Site Wide Cleansing Strategy.
  • Use other company departments to spotlight a built-in planning approach.
  • Manage the implementation of the continuing service and venue programs for Cleaning Services, to include individuals, procurement, and budgeting and task administration.
  • Manage the revision, and execution of policies and processes for all cleaning providers
  • Represent Operation Support Solutions in matters linked to Cleaning on web site operations regarding protection and operational problems
  • Management of Cleaning Providers across the web site and all open public realm
  • Administration of the occupational safe practices for the operational time period and use all stake holders inner and exterior
  • Use the Overlay group to develop all programs for the cleansing of overlay, Look, method getting and signage
  • Integrate with other Occasion Operations Functional Places to arrange for the ongoing administration of the website during functions for the cleaning assistance
  • Making certain all company plans and procedures are honored, specifically to add all duties and accountabilities linked to the Safe practices Policy and assurance specifications
  • Manage the integration with additional Event Operations Functional Locations and arrange for the ongoing administration of the website during On / off Hours procedures.
  • Are accountable to the Lead Supervisor – Operations Support Solutions to assist with any functional specifications
  • Help with any duties as could be reasonably requested by the Administration Team
  • Help out with execution of the occupational safe practices for several stake holders (both inner and external) over the web site
  • Deliver effective, consistent and precise verbal and written conversation to project managers, project teams, management, exterior vendors including, however, not limited to project position reporting, timelines, job logs, danger logs, billable expenditures, budgets, and project closure keep track of and documentation

Home Keeping & Cleaning Supervisor Encounter:

  • University/university diploma
  • 6+ yrs in a role focusing on a previous main event programme, Large Service or Mall Functions with specific experience linked to administration of extensive large level cleaning operations.
  • Previous manager encounter coordinating multi and complicated service operations.
  • Knowledge across key occasion operational features, understanding the Facilities Administration dependencies with another operational features and non-operational directorates.
  • Background in facilities administration or event cleaning assistance functions.
  • Experience in employed in a multi-cultural Organisation, GCC region appealing.
  • Experience in dealing with senior level Federal government partners and multi-company stakeholders
  • Personal computer literate with an operating knowledge of Washing Consumables and Products management software program, SAP and or CAFM techniques.
  • Good negotiation and display skills
  • Capability to work carefully and cooperatively with inner and exterior stakeholders
  • Capability to provide ‘fingers on’ assistance with the venue group, undertake shift function and work long hours when needed·
  • Project administration skills of spending budget, timeline and assets
