Hobart Service confirms it will maintain and exceed full national service support during lockdown phase two

The Peterborough-based specialist service maintenance division provides previously proven its capability and managed operations successfully through the first lockdown period.

It was announced the group will again maintain complete national coverage through the next 4 days following announcements made on the weekend of another lockdown within England.

The decision for the business to maintain full nationwide coverage was manufactured in conjunction and with the entire backing of Hobart Service’s parent company, ITW.

Together with a nationwide group of service technicians who’ll continue being on demand catering products repairs and planned maintenance checks, Hobart Service furthermore confirmed their parts provide chain is secure with £6m in stock. Preparing capabilities come in place and customer support support staff can be found to take contact and assistance customers with any problems.

At the beginning of the initial lockdown in March 2020, the business enterprise created a dual company support unit to greatly help clients through any changes with their circumstances due to Covid-19.

This support unit was a demonstration of commitment to keep UK coverage to all or any customers requiring our services throughout lockdown.
