Head – Rest Estate and Asset Management – Mark Williams – Abu Dhabi

Our client, a nationwide authorities Entity in Abu Dhabi, is currently searching for a Head PROPERTY and Asset Management who’ll be owning a comprehensive property asset. The role will undoubtedly be reporting to the Director

Key Duties

  • Evaluating directly, budgeting and shipping of direct funds works for site functions
  • Budgeting and administration of landlord funded expenses which includes utilities, district cooling and amenities management and pro action in energy/environment conservation initiatives
  • Ongoing tabs on the asset procedure and efficiency and delivering programs to keep and enhance functionality
  • Chair and business lead joint governance meetings which includes driving agenda
  • Tabs on operations to add compliance with the website User Agreement (procedure and upkeep of the asset specifically), FM company performance, risk mitigation and monitoring, safety and health, delivery of capital functions, asset utilization, asset servicing and life-cycling functions
  • Analyzing and approvals of programs for capital works, area modifications and enhancement apps including annual spending budget
  • Lead REAM team to add settling clear goals, monitoring overall performance and developing associates
  • Monitor departmental efficiency and keep up-to-date all departmental paperwork including annual plan, danger sign up, contractor framework agreements, section D0A, operational reviews
  • Lead the growth of strategic activation initiatives which includes improving the streetscape, improving public areas, delivering a better parking remedy and delivering a sophisticated retail mix
  • Lead the long-term space needs evaluation for the entity, which includes identifying room needs and developing options
  • Lead the roll out of and operational utilize the CAFM set asset program to both monitor and safeguard assets also to enhance tools for upkeep and life-cycling of the asset
  • Deliver a long-term funds and life-cycling arrange for the entity


  • Bachelor’s Diploma or comparative in Engineering, preparing or comparable applicable degree. At the very least 15 years’ encounter
  • Constructing engineering, contract law, structure management or asset administration experience
  • Strategic and company acumen
  • Awareness of need for corporate governance
  • Ability to cope with complex and challenging stakeholders
