We are in need of Arab Nationals because of this position just with the very least 15 years of encounter in built-in FM with minimal 5 yrs in handling huge portfolio of Home and Commercial qualities

1 . Work and contribute with the Projects Department through the design, construction, handover and commissioning phase of the newest property from building completion to FM operational readiness and dominate.
2. Ensures compliance with management defined security measures so when per HE Quality management system manual.
3. Ensures emergency complaints are resolved in defined turn-around-time.
4. Ensures properties are inspected ahead of preliminary and final handing over appropriately.
5. Means that Project Record Information is compiled and received by the FM Department properly.
6. Liaises with Procurement department to appoint third party FM service provider
7. Liaises with the Project Department for the contractor responsibilities during the Defect Liability Period (DLP).
8. Approve the preventive maintenance schedule for many new buildings in coordination with FM Companies.
9.Ensures annual inspection arrange for all properties.
10. Liaises with the main contractor through Projects Department for the identified defects during the handover.
11. Provides clearance to Projects Department after completing the handover process as the right area of the Handover Committee.
12. Ensures the equipment checklist and the appropriate products history cards is updated in line with the final handover examination and defect rectification.
13. Identifies the necessity for third party FM company for the ultimate and preliminary handover.
14. Reviews arid obtains approval Defect Rectification and Identification Type.
15. Oversee the Facility Administration of all attributes in coordination with the appointed FM Services Suppliers.
16. Maintains evaluation records of most FM FM and contracts COMPANY evaluation.
17. Prepares periodic management reports, as required, on all FM work being provided.
18. Obtains and reviews approval from executive management on the safety, emergency and security plan and procedures made by FM Service Providers.
19. Monitors the performance of the FM PROVIDERS and verifies the compliance to the security plan.
20.Development of proper career and succession plans for staff within the department
21. Maintain motivated/well trained customer focused team highly.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: AED35,000.00 – AED45,000.00 monthly
