We are in need of Arab Nationals because of this position just with the very least 15 years of knowledge in incorporated FM with minimal 5 many years in handling huge portfolio of Home and Industrial properties

1 . Function and contribute with the Tasks Department through the design, design, handover and commissioning stage of the brand new property from developing completion to FM operational readiness and dominate.
2. Ensures compliance with administration defined security measures so when per HE Quality administration system guide.
3. Ensures crisis complaints are usually resolved in described turn-around-period.
4. Ensures properties are inspected ahead of preliminary and last handing over appropriately.
5. Means that Project Record Details is compiled and received by the FM Section properly.
6. Liaises with Procurement division to appoint third party FM company
7. Liaises with the Project Division for the contractor responsibilities through the Defect Liability Time period (DLP).
8. Approve the preventive upkeep schedule for several new structures in coordination with FM Providers.
9.Ensures annual inspection arrange for all attributes.
10. Liaises with the primary contractor through Projects Section for the determined defects through the handover.
11. Offers clearance to Projects Division after completing the handover procedure as a right section of the Handover Committee.
12. Ensures the gear list and the correct equipment history cards is updated in line with the last handover inspection and defect rectification.
13. Identifies the necessity for third party FM company for the ultimate and preliminary handover.
14. Reviews arid obtains approval Defect Rectification and Identification Type.
15. Oversee the Facility Management of most qualities in coordination with the appointed FM PROVIDERS.
16. Maintains assessment records of most FM FM and agreements Service Provider evaluation.
17. Prepares periodic administration reports, as needed, on all FM function being supplied.
18. Obtains and evaluations approval from executive administration on the safety, emergency and security program and procedures made by FM Service Providers.
19. Monitors the efficiency of the FM PROVIDERS and verifies the compliance to the security plan.
20.Growth of proper profession and succession programs for employees within the section
21. Maintain motivated/very well trained customer focused group highly.

Job Varieties: Full-time, Long lasting

Salary: AED35,000.00 – AED45,000.00 monthly
