1) Function and contribute with the Tasks Department through the design, structure, handover and commissioning stage of the brand new property from constructing completion to FM operational readiness and dominate.

2)Ensures compliance with management defined security and safety measures according to HSE Quality management program guide.

3)Ensures crisis complains are usually resolved in described turn-around-time.

4)Ensures properties are inspected ahead of preliminary and last handing over appropriately.

5) Ensures the Task Record Information is correctly compiled and obtained by the FM Section.
