Develop, evaluation and monitor annual upkeep programs for the Task. administer and

  • Recommend capital improvement functions.
  • Develop, administer and evaluation whole of life routine replacement applications.
  • Represent customer to navigate through different audits, inspections performed by local bodies, insurance firms, bankers, investors etc.

  • Prepare monthly reviews and attend regular senior management meetings.
  • Review all training record and needs on the yearly basis.

  • Monitor, evaluation and, where appropriate, upgrade property, plant and products to meet up the changing requirements of the continuing company, within your authority limitations.

  • ten years plus connection with managing inside a Facilities Administration (FM) atmosphere.
  • 5 years minimum knowledge in managing multi-disciplined Individuals Managers including support features (eg financing, procurement).
  • Have brought a diverse, multi-cultured, multi-disciplined workforce to attain the continuing work output and high quality of services.
  • Demonstrated analytical, organisational company and negation abilities.
  • Demonstrated experience in Modification Administration.
  • Proven financial management knowledge, the ability to manage and meet spending budget objectives especially.
  • Six Sigma qualification is really a preference (yellowish belt/green belt/dark belt)

Job Types: Full-time, Long lasting

Salary: AED10,000.00 – AED15,000.00 monthly
