Develop, evaluation and monitor annual upkeep programs for the Task. administer and
- Recommend capital improvement functions.
- Develop, administer and evaluation whole of life routine replacement applications.

- Prepare monthly reviews and attend month-to-month senior management meetings.
- Review all training record and needs on the yearly basis.

- Perform formal functionality appraisals with each subordinate bi-annually & each year, reviewing overall performance against agreed business targets.
- Management of providers and subcontractors.
- a decade plus connection with managing inside a Facilities Administration (FM) atmosphere.
- 5 years minimum encounter in managing multi-disciplined Individuals Managers including support features (eg financing, procurement).
- Have brought a diverse, multi-cultured, multi-disciplined workforce to attain the continuing work output and high quality of services.
- Demonstrated analytical, organisational company and negation abilities.
- Demonstrated experience in Alter Administration.
- Proven financial management knowledge, the ability to manage and meet spending budget objectives especially.
- Six Sigma qualification is really a preference (yellowish belt/green belt/dark belt)

Salary: AED10,000.00 – AED15,000.00 monthly
