– support Range Manager in achieving optimum customer satisfaction relative to organisation plans
– maintain general organisation responsibility for executing all duties in compliance with associated production legal/statutory regulations, expert duties, obligations and responsibilities and insert because applicable e.g. Good Production Practices (GMP), Greatest Practice Guidelines, ISO certification
– manage, direct and monitor the entire performance of the production organisation
– efficient liaison, support and advice about the entire organisation
– maintain and enhance mechanisms for production and all organisation actions, including surveying and calculating the manufacturing operations, procedure, outcomes and profitability and disseminate suggestions to the appropriate inner entities
– utilise agreed systems to control the organisation’s functions, analysis and documenting
– direct the development of plans for the organisation to attain targets
– creating plans for the organisation’s progress and development
– assistance to all additional departments in matters linked to production, e.g. procurement of materials
– issue to agreed criteria, recruitment, training, set targets and action, manage and appraise performance, development, coaching and general assistance of all associates to make sure targets are fulfilled
– reporting (articles and format as agreed) monthly or as otherwise necessary
– building plans for team routines to include technique to attain targets
– aid in the development and preparation of the strategy and common business preparing of the organisation all together.
