General Cleaner – FM Company AD – Abu Dhabi


  • Clean, stock and offer designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc.)
  • Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities.
  • Perform heavy cleansing tasks and special projects.
  • Notify management of occurring needs or deficiencies for repairs.
  • Make adjustments and minor repairs.
  • Stock and keep maintaining supply rooms.
  • Cooperate with all of those other staff.
  • Follow all ongoing safe practices regulations.
  • Losing trash from containers and bins.
  • Polishing room and furniture accessories as needed.
  • Scrubbing sinks, basins, and toilets in public areas and private bathrooms.
  • Cleaning windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors.upkeep and
  • Maintaining of most cleaning equipment, supplies, and products.
  • Ensuring safe and sanitary care and storage of products.
  • Keeping all public spaces tidy and neat.
  • Reporting repairs and replacements needed when encountered on job.understand the COSH &amp
  • To; MSDS procedure.
  • To comprehend and fill-up the daily checklist after cleaning the washroom along with other required area.


  • Capability to follow verbal directions.
  • Capability to work well sufficient reason for somebody or team alone.
  • Reliable and punctual with dedicated professionalism to duties and job.
  • In a position to adjust to changing routines or schedules; excellent time management skills.
  • Pays focus on detail when cleaning.
