Fusion21 launches £1.1bn Workplace & Facilities Framework

Procurement organisation and interpersonal business Fusion21 has launched its nationwide Workplace & Amenities Framework – worth around £1.1 billion over a four-year time period and is inviting bids from interested providers now.

Designed to meet up the facilities management requirements of an array of public industry organisations in the casing, blue light, central federal government, education, health and nearby authority sectors, the framework is aligned with marketplace requirements.

As Fusion21’s ever £1billion plus framework first, opportunities are for sale to both huge SME’s and organisations. Lots 1 and 2 are multi-sourcing choices that permit the appointment of something provider to provide multiple providers (bundled or TFM) incorporating components of physical asset administration, service management and procedure management. A lot 3 to 6 provide individual services and can allow interested providers to bid for plenty specific with their capability. The entire lot structure includes:

Lot 3 – Cleaning & Washroom Solutions

Lot 4 – Security Services

Lot 5 – Waste Management

Lot 6 – Building Engineering Providers (M&E)

Providing geographical coverage over the UK, providers may bid for the a lot suitable for their delivery places and types of technical expertise. The framework includes versatile call-off processes with choices for both Immediate Awards and additional Competitions.
