FM Supervisor (MEP) – Injaaz Facilities Managment – Ajman

Maintenance & Functions:

  • Keep track of Planned Preventive Upkeep (PPM) approved by Amenities Management, by reviewing reviews, schedules, spare parts necessary to avoid main breakdown in equipments, structures also to provide efficient services to business companions
  • Diagnose the issue providing technical reviews to the Facilities Supervisor and advise rectification. Make sure that implementation is really as per the specialized standards and manufacturer’s suggestion and build-up history for the electric plants in order to avoid any recurring issue with the mechanical and electric plant life
  • Provide quality control assistance with regards to operation process, resolution period, and reduction in the amount of business partner problems
  • Assist the maintenance service provider for difficulty shooting HVAC problems by providing medical diagnosis from BMS for quicker reaction
  • Generate equipment performance reviews from Building Management Program every day according to CCC procedures
  • Handover / Snags – Go to handover meetings and report snags to verify if the completion is really as per specification and offer reports to management. Follow-up with the respective growth group for proper completion
  • Verify garbage collection places, spend collection etc., check if the constructing is usually cleaned by the contractor or not really
  • Water Features – Keep track of the daily procedure of most external water features along with other external providers including landscaping lights, irrigation, and airport parking
  • Keep track of planned PPM is completed according to schedule and manufacturer’s suggestion
  • Responsible for waste administration. Coordinate and supervise with the outsourced businesses, when it comes to garbage and waste selection is correctly handled to keep a clean and excellent town
  • Recycling of waste papers – delegate and instruct the associated companies to collect document /cartons etc. Protect and save the surroundings
  • Monitoring Events – Check certain requirements with regards to cleaning, security after and during a clean occasion
  • Provide, safe premise for the business companions and rectify any damages following the occasion

Guidance:

  • To make sure we receive proper the help of the outsourced business. Check daily procedures checklist, random web site checking, assess weekly reading and reviews for the clean running of the functions
  • Discuss and help outsourced company in quality of breakdown equipment to be able to minimize resolution period
  • Perform examination of before and after company partners ‘Shift IN’
