FLEET SUPERVISOR

Description

We have been currently searching for a Fleet Supervisor who’ll serve because the key operations hyperlink between the corporation and both our motorists and clients. He must successfully deliver key factor outcomes for the fleets’ procedure, maintenance, safety, and services.
Tasks are the adhering to:
• Offer with the day-to-day outside procedure of the fleet.
• To resolve customer and driver requirements while leading motorists to meet performance targets.
• Go to all client’s places to maintain and enhance the company’s service degree
• Go to all direct clients (resorts), bookings, and vehicle specifications
• Attend immediate clients (hotels) problems and lost and discovered problems
• Maintain the non-public grooming, wear organization ID, and usage of correct uniform.
• Provide timely reports linked to the fleet to the Procedure Manager.
• Perform other tasks which may be assigned every once in awhile.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Proven maximum 1-2 years in UAE Or Outside functioning experience in another role.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Communication and negotiation skills (Proficiency in English).
• Time management and preparing skills.
• Open up to different time schedules and ready to relocate with the various locations/hotels.

SALARY Package deal:

• Basic Income – AED 2000
• Transport – AED 350
• Accommodation – business supplied (Hor Al Anz)
• And additional benefits according to UAE Labour Law. Each year &amp included the Yearly ticket allowance; Medical Insurance.
