FACILITY Administration ENGINEER

We have been looking for a skilled facility engineer who is able to manage your day to day functions correct
from the tendering stage. The Amenities Engineer shall oversee all of the maintenance contracts and the
tendering. The facility engineer will be in charge of ensuring the services are safely managed and
maintained, up to program code, and fully operational. The facilities engineer will undoubtedly be in charge of
managing expert contractors also, all sub-contractors, training brand new employees, and dealing with 3rd
party suppliers.
Services Engineer Duties and Duties
– Planning of techno commercial provides for FM associated tenders
– Planning creating maintenance and operational applications for the awarded FM agreements
– Liaison with all customers and make certain a smooth procedure of facilities. Ensuring performance of most building
techniques
– Preparing of budget and spending budget settings
– Handling all vendor agreements
– Coordinating web site safety applications. Maintaining a secure work environment for several workers
– Ensuring all processes and compliance applications are fulfilled
– Managing amenities planning and room allocation
– Coordinating with section heads and constructing contractors
– Controlling upkeep of grounds
– Ensuring all utility techniques are inspected and relative to rules
– Negotiating bids and contracts for alternative party specialist functions
– Coordinating developing security and maintenance providers
– Handling and supervising all facilities employees
– Overseeing all building features
– Coordinating all maintenance problems and schedules
– Preparing and filing reviews with federal government and regulatory authorities which includes environment
permitting
Amenities Engineer Specifications and Qualifications
– Educational Qualification – bachelor’s diploma in Mechanical or electric engineering, services
administration, or related industry preferred. Certification in amenities management an advantage.
– Computer abilities – MS workplace, scheduling with Microsoft Workplace or scheduling gentle wares. Shall be acquainted
with FM software’s
– Encounter – Previous experience in comparable position is crucial. Will be experienced in prices,
preparing of techno commercial provides for FM Tenders
– Solid written and verbal conversation abilities
– Encountered at compiling and adhering to stringent budgets
– Follows the business policies, procedures and specifications
– In a position to multitask, prioritize, and manage period efficiently
– Wanting to expand business with new sales, customers, and territories
– Self-motivated and self-directed, Goal-oriented, organized team participant
