Position Overview:
The Facility Management Record Controller works because the administrative associate for the Facility Administration & Safety team; record control all FMS section documents and keep maintaining FMS folder structure.
The Service Document Controller Assistant functions on support services primarily on staff accommodation procedures and scheduling closely.

Specifications:

  • Education: Senior high school graduate
  • Duration and kind of Experience: At minimum 3 years related encounter

Responsibilities consist of:

  • The Service Management Document Controller functions as the administrative associate for the Facility Administration & Safety group
  • In charge of managing and distributing details on the list of team
  • FMS division document controller record and keep maintaining department folder construction for the usage of the department employees and display for the regulatory authorities for compliance
  • Maintain OSH and support providers departments calendar
  • Solution all support solutions and FM requests and distribute duties as needed
  • Performs administrative responsibilities including typing and/or phrase processing correspondence, memoranda and reviews emanating from the section head
  • Attends meetings and takes mins/transcribes information on proceedings
  • Communicate and offer information by relevant strategies internally and externally to aid and enable organizational functions and effective services to connecting groupings
  • Compose a number of letters, memoranda, instructions along with other documents on very own initiative or from short notes or verbal directions
  • Send out division announcements and communications.
  • Ensure compliance with all present departmental procedures and guidelines .
  • Prepare presentations and reviews
