Facilities Sales Engineer / Business Development Executive – EKG Technical Services LLC – Dubai

The Role:

Prospect new potential prospects and clients partnership within the industrial FM industry.

Scouting and establishing new annual maintenance agreements (AMC).

Private accountability for sales budget of PERSON business within the described region.

Generate task/business opportunities and RFP’s through customer contact to meet up company’s business programs and growth strategies to be able to meeting and exceeding product sales targets as established.

Estimating and submitting tenders and quotation intended for large sized structures for A/C or even MEP or even FM maintenance.

Drive the sales procedure from inquiry/RFP coordination through “Closing the offer”.

Collaborate along with the Senior Management to get ready and implement the company’s Marketing and Company Development Plan and technique for meeting business targets.

Track and record current status of possible projects, markets, Customer developments and news.

Lead the growth and preparing of RFP’s, Pre-Qualification, formal presentations.

Ensure all conversation with customers come in accordance with this standards and correct within format and content.

Negotiate possible contract extensions or adaptations when needed.

Liaise with additional departments such as for example Commercial internally, Operation, Finance, RECRUITING.

The Person:

· Candidate must have an Engineering education &/or Business level in Sales / Advertising with Minimum 5 yrs UAE / GCC encounter in FM / Upkeep / MEP.

  • The successful candidate could have experience of employed in UAE marketplace and also demonstrate a proven history of significantly exceeding targets and expectations in a Facilities Administration Industry.
  • Excellent Composed and Oral Communicator.
  • Computer literate. Experienced in the usage of Microsoft Phrase, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, and in the usage of AutoCAD or equivalent software program.
  • Valid UAE generating license holder.
