Job Overview
A skilled Amenities Manger to be in charge of a multiple amenities in the UAE. You might be located in Abu Dhabi/Dubai and become accountable for planning, managing and coordinating all FM areas of the facility management, delivery and ways of meet targets. You might manage the operations supervisor, technical supervisor and HSE supervisor reporting to the senior supervisor.

Job Duties

  • Creation of efficient FM team and prosperous starting of the mall
  • Manager overall FM- hard and gentle providers
  • Ensure providers come in line with spending budget and deliver to KPI’s
  • Assessment of SLA’s and KPI’s with providers
  • Establish and implement policies and processes
  • Develop and educate employees to a higher standard and promote group administration
  • Provide insight to developing a financially viable web site
  • Evaluation energy conserving programmes
  • Oversee danger management in relation to safe practices
  • Liaise with tenancy fit out groups and external consultants Work Specifications
  • Extensive encounter working on Malls, pre openings or large mixed use learn planned developments is vital
  • Contact with the tactile give, design evaluation to operational phase will be preferable
  • You need to have maintained budgets
  • You need to posses excellent communication abilities and to be practical
  • In a position to implement FM methods and tender
