A skilled Facilities Manger to become in charge of a mega mall within the UAE. You might be located in Abu Dhabi and become accountable for planing, managing and coordinating all FM areas of the retail center management, strategies and mall shipping to meet targets. You might manager the operations supervisor, technical supervisor and HSE supervisor reporting to the mall supervisor.


Job Responsibilities

  • Creation of effective FM team and successful opening of the mall
  • Manager total FM- hard and soft services
  • Ensure service providers come in line with deliver and budget to KPI’s
  • Assessment of SLA’s and KPI’s with providers
  • Establish and implement policiies and procedures
  • Develop and educate personel to a higher standard and promote group management
  • Provide input to developing a viable web site
  • financially
    Evaluation energu efficient programmes
  • Oversee risk management in relation to safe practices
  • Liaise with tenancy suit out teams and exterior experts


Job Specifications

  • Extensive experience focusing on Malls, pre openings or huge blended use masterplanned developments is vital
  • Contact with the tactile give, design evaluation to operational phase will be preferable
  • You need to have managed budgets
  • A single should posses excellent conversation skills and to end up being fingers on
  • In a position to implement FM tender
  • and strategies
    Middle East experience will be preferable
