Dark & Grey HR will be recruiting for the services administration division of a respected group of businesses in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. Our customer is seeking to hire a Services Manager who is able to ensure highest customer care, stable service shipping and create operational efficiencies to conserve costs and improve providers. The successful candidate will need responsibility for function allocation to the Soft and Hard Services Groups, maintaining them within the specified information on the contract, the economic budget and working concepts.

Formulate, affordable and traceable maintenance strategies and techniques
Produce results according to programs and financial targets through the effective administration of employees and assets
Develop and employ a strict quality program through training and procedures ensuring highest customer fulfillment
Develop, guideline, direct, motivate and manage the efficiency of the complete team and third party service providers, good organisational requirements to attain strategic long-term and instant objectives.
Manage clients and providers in a specialist manner to be able to accomplish sustained optimistic image and keep maintaining and raise the company’s popularity
Support inside developing and implementing a highly effective documentation construction and key work procedures for the portfolio
Organize normal Supervisor meetings, with them to communicate plus implement new processes plus discuss any presssing concerns.
Manage all everyday operational routines including deployment of company resources and assigning duties to supervisors, implementing and maintaining plans and procedures associated with the ongoing company.
Manage the amenities operational cover the portfolio assigned. Record on monthly schedule.
Produce justification for just about any funds expenditure required.
Manage the right and with time payment of providers.
Establish and keep maintaining effective business human relationships with the inner stakeholder, subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring high degrees of client satisfaction.
Identify and maximise possibilities regarding efficiencies.
Help on site appointments for estimations and specialized proposals.
Exercise personal continuous enhancement by attending relevant classes run by equipment providers and third party service providers, updating abilities and knowledge continuously.
Understand the standards the business is dealing with and undergo the firms training.
Attend appraisals based on the ongoing company plan and procedures.
Attend courses supplied by learning and growth.
Develop, put into action and communicate enhanced processes, procedures and guidelines on a continuing basis, seeking greater efficiencies plus higher client satisfaction always.
Carry out regular stock audit of most fixed assets and keep track of consumption of upkeep consumables.
Carry out random high quality handle checks.
Manage the complete procurement for the deal ensuring company continuity and achieving the potential decrease in costs.
Put into action a transparent and obvious reporting scheme for the agreement.
Supervise the observance of most guidelines, circumstances and directions applicable to the Amenities Management Division, as laid lower by U.The.E. law, and business.
