Facilities Management Supervisor – Al Mariah United Group – Abu Dhabi

  • Oversees the day-to-day functions of the servicing in various sites.
  • Evaluates techniques or facilities to find out maintenance or repairs (Software program & Hardware).
  • Assesses structures systems to plan function task and assignments schedules.
  • Develops upkeep schedules and procedures.
  • Ensures restoration and maintenance function is completed properly and regularly.
  • Assists with departmental spending budget estimates and expenses of specific repair tasks.
  • Performs additional related duties as designated.

Required Abilities/Skills:

  • Extensive understanding of building techniques such as plumbing, electric, and HVAC.
  • Superb analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Capability to identify problems and determine repairs which are needed.
  • Capability to plan servicing schedules for building techniques.
  • Excellent administration and supervisory abilities.
  • UAE Generating license is crucial.

Job Varieties: Full-time, Long lasting

Income: AED3,000.00 – AED5,000.00 monthly

Capability to commute/relocate:

  • Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or likely to relocate before starting function (Preferred)

Schooling:

  • Senior high school or comparative (Preferred)

Knowledge:

  • FM Supervisor: 4 years (Desired)

License/Qualification:

  • Driving Permit (Preferred)
