Qualification :

– Must possess UAE experience 2 – 4 Years,

– Must possess driving licenses and very own vehicle.

– Bachelor’s or associate degree in general management, or similar.

– Proficiency in Facilities Management (FM) software program, preferable odoo ERP

– Extensive encounter in building and tools maintenance.

– Understanding of creating Function orders, closing work orders down, Weekly reports, monthly reviews and daily reviews.

– Advanced understanding of maintenance preparing and schedules.

– Capability to react to building and devices emergencies.

– In-depth understanding of building safety rules and safety protocols.

Duties :

• Managing apparatus and building servicing schedules.
• Giving an answer to urgent maintenance phone calls
