- Manage the Executive Director, Human being Capital’s workplace in a specialist manner.
- Serve because the main stage of contact between your Executive Director, Human Funds and internal or external stakeholders for details requests; guarantee proper responses are given.
- Develop communications from Executive Director, Individual Capital to additional stakeholders.
- Organise meetings in liaison with worried parties to make sure meetings are correctly planned and to prevent conflicting and overlapping schedules; ensure efficient administration of appointments conference and diary schedule, including timing, concern setting, and agenda preparing.
- Go to workshops and meetings with the Executive Director, Human Funds when required; take mins of meetings, connect to related stakeholders and follow-up on the completion.
- Manage document movement sent and obtained by the Executive Director, Human Funds in a timely and precise manner.
- Oversee info processing, filing, retrieval and archiving; ensure precision, completeness, timeliness, confidentiality and integrity of documents.
- Monitor workplace supplies; oversee the correct recording, verification, and upkeep of invoice details.
- Conduct analysis as requested by the Executive Director, Human Funds and communicate results as needed.
- Lead the development of reports, paperwork, memos, circulars along with other correspondence as needed per Executive Director, Human Funds publish to Executive Director, Human Funds and amend as essential.
- Assistance with the upgrade and overview of policies when relevant.
- Help out with the coordination of the yearly planning when required.
- Manage lodging and travel providers for the Executive Director, Human Capital.
- Plan, assign and prioritise routines to subordinates; follow-up on outcomes.
- The least a Bachelor’s education.
- Total Arabic and English proficiency are needed.
- Intermediate personal computer literacy is necessary e.g. MS Workplace.
- at the very least two years of knowledge managing Executives’ Workplaces.
