Secretarial Assistance
• Maintain Chairman’s calendar of activities, period management, reminders, department and client meetings, exhibitions and conferences registration, get draft and dictation business letter, prioritize matters and handle accordingly, Screen incoming calls internal and external, assist guests; customers, make travel arrangements, prepare itineraries and guarantee confidentiality of the info at all recognized levels.
• Manage company email and respond effectively on his behalf.
• Manage (Vehicles, Loved ones Visas, Utility and medical Expenses, etc.)
• Actively manage social media marketing web pages on Chairman’s behalf.

Sales Assistance
• Handles customer inquiries, prepare quotations/proposals with site presentations according to client requirements.
• Follow-up confirmations, LPOs, Work Purchase Processing, Artwork coordination, Municipality Approvals, coordinate creation, and Upkeep.
• Prepare Invoicing and follow-up collection.

Admin and Functions
• Become custodian of any office.
• Maintain digital and paper information ensuring information is organized and easy to get at and become custodian of data files.
• Function closely with crucial departments such as for example Finance, HR, IT, Creation, Stores, Prints, Maintenance, Product sales, and Legal Section for daily, monthly and weekly meetings.
• Anticipate and execute any duties, including functional duties and special tasks assigned.
