The Senior Finance Manager is in charge of the oversight and controlling all monetary control and budgeting areas of the Facilities Administration, like the financial forecasting, economic reporting, cashflow and monthly financial efficiency reporting for your client and the Facilities Administration.
Education and learning/ Qualification
Bachelor’s Diploma (minimum) – Finance Management, Agreement Management. or higher financing related qualification.
15 yrs’ experience with at the very least 10 years in general management functions, with increasing degrees of responsibility. Proven shipping of results at comparable level, around handling and maintaining asset methods and plans particularly, reliability techniques, change and cost / worth management
Accounting within an operational FM or resources environment, Contract management, Developing monetary strategy, including chance minimization opportunity and programs forecasting. High-level financial evaluation and reporting, Regular budget consolidation, Cashflow management, Business Management, Efficiency management, Primary Contractor services provision. Operated in crucial and complex environment.
