European (Senior Finance Manager) – Freecruiter – Abu Dhabi

The Senior Finance Manager is in charge of the oversight and handling all monetary control and budgeting areas of the Facilities Administration, like the financial forecasting, economic reporting, cashflow and monthly financial efficiency reporting for your client and the Facilities Administration.

Education/ Qualification

Bachelor’s Degree (minimum) – Finance Management, Contract Management. or more finance related qualification.

Work Experience

15 years’ experience with at the very least 10 years in general management roles, with increasing degrees of responsibility. Proven delivery of results at similar level, around managing and maintaining asset strategies and plans particularly, reliability systems, change and cost / value management

Knowledge

Accounting within an operational FM or assets environment, Contract management, Developing financial strategy, including risk minimization opportunity and plans forecasting. High-level financial analysis and reporting, Regular budget consolidation, Cashflow management, Business Management, Performance management, Primary Contractor service provision. Operated in critical and complex environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: AED45,000.00 – AED50,000.00 monthly

Capability to commute/relocate:

  • Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or likely to relocate prior to starting work (Preferred)
