Employee-facing apps failing to meet end user needs

While facilities management companies are now utilizing employee-facing mobile applications, brand new research shows that a large proportion face regular reviews of problems from their workforce.

The two mostly reported difficulties are that apps are usually challenging to navigate, with 55 % of FM businesses’ workers experiencing this issue, and they enough aren’t updated frequently, a nagging problem encountered in 46 % of businesses.
