EMCOR UK lands three lots on Fusion21’s Workplace and Facilities Framework

EMCOR UK has already been selected to become listed on three lots on Fusion21’s brand-new £1.1 billion national Facilities and Workplace Framework, generating potential opportunities worth around £750 million.

Fusion21’s first actually £1 billion framework is made to meet up with the facilities management requirements of a bunch of public industry organisations in the blue light, central government, schooling, health, housing and local authority sectors.

EMCOR UK will sign up for Lot 1- FM principal contractor; Lot 2 – FM handling agent and Lot 6 – building engineering solutions (M&E) .

Lots 1 and 2 permit the appointment of something provider to provide multiple providers – bundled or TFM – incorporating components of physical asset administration and service management. Lot 6 involves the upkeep and installing mechanical, building and electrical fabric, including emergency reaction, lifecycle works and prepared upgrades.
