Elior appoints director to head up new innovation team

Contract caterer, Elior, provides appointed Claire Small to defend myself against its produced Director of Advancement role newly.

Market acclaimed with industrial acumen and a solid digital focus, Little leads Elior’s brand new eight-strong innovation group. Transforming insight into possibilities, they are in charge of delivering digital, concept advancement, menu and photography administration across its UK company.

Ahead of joining Elior, Little held senior functions with hospitality brand names including SSP UK, The Restaurant Team ETM and PLC Team, helping translate customer trends into creative industrial solutions. A few of Small’s profession highlights include getting sporting components like ticketing and vertical eating to key venues, boosting consumer and profile spend via immersive experiential dining.

Small’s achievements and contributions in the hospitality sector are also recognised, with her listing in the ‘Females in Hospitality notably, Traveling and Leisure’ Index (2021), and getting tipped as another Leader on the 30 Under 30 Eating place & Marketer Innovator list (2018).

At Elior, Small is in charge of digital strategy over the ongoing company, like the optimisation and rollout of its proprietary Breaz cellular ordering app, Scan & Move technology and electronic kiosk ordering. Using customer insights from these, she’ll be driving concept growth in branding and menus – for existing and brand new food concepts, pop-ups and standalone manufacturers across Elior’s sectors. Her function requires forging partnerships with brand names also, chefs and suppliers, making sure Elior’s offer may be the most food-led plus innovative on the market.
