Director of Technical Providers – MEP

The MEP Director will undoubtedly be essential to the achievement of our Hub development plans, driving the path of our MEP style strategy for new build, transformation, renovation hotel tasks within Accor.

Overview of Responsibilities:

– Responsibilities consist of reviewing and commenting on specialized documentation submitted by others for new-create and renovation tasks across all manufacturers and sectors in the IMEAT Area (India, Center East, Africa and Turkey) for compliance with the appropriate Accor Technical Brand specifications, international guidelines, latest style initiatives and prevailing Codes for the particular brand name.
– The scope of review includes the following disciplines: Web site Utilities, Mechanical, Electric, Plumbing, Fire Suppression and Alarm, Life and fire Safety, Lighting, Audio-visible, Acoustics, Cooking area, Laundry and Waste products and general back-of-home planning. Expertise inside it systems is not needed, except as linked to Guest GRMS and Technologies systems and integration.


– Educated at a sophisticated degree degree in Mechanical or Electric Engineering.
– Minimal 10 years’ international encounter in hospitality MEP style.
– Have substantial experience focusing on the Consultancy aspect creating some or all MEP and ELV techniques for luxury and superior hotel projects in your community.
– Comprehensive knowledge of resort and resort functions is a advantage.
– An eye for detail, great analytical skills and become with the capacity of making sound company choices.
– Highly arranged, practical team player with great communication and negotiation abilities
– Solid working understanding of relevant software program.
– Capability to visit extensively as necessary
– Fluent in English (In addition Arabic is preferred)
