Serco happens to be looking for a Information Coordinator to become listed on the united group at Dubai Airports FM. The objective of the job would be to function alongside of the look and Administration Group for Maximo Data Administration and Airport Passes App and Management.

Key accountabilities

Planning Tasks

Updating actuals in Maximo

Updating the product quality Checks Tracker submitted by SOMs and Engineers

Circulation of Daily Completion of High quality Checks

Closing of PM function orders in Maximo every day

Updating actuals in Maximo

Updating remarks in Maximo

Raising CM Work Orders every day

Raising CM Function Orders for plant area inspections

Circulation of PPM daily completion reports

Printing job sheets on a every week basis for several hubs

Consolidation of rosters from each hub

Circulation of rosters monthly

Software for renewal of employees, material and subcontractor passes

What we are searching for in our applicants:
Ideally a qualification qualified or equivalent.

Minimum 2 years’ knowledge in a call center environment.

Solid client focus and customer romantic relationship management experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft Applications

Knowledge inside Maximo/CAFM System can be an advantage.

Specific requirements

Great oral, interpersonal and composed communication skills.

Fantastic problem-solving skills.

Capability to maintain customer confidentiality.

Capability to work within an individual and group environment and straight with the customer.

Capability to write reports, company correspondence, and treatment manual.

Capability to present information and react to questions from sets of managers effectively, clients and customers.

Capability to interpret a number of instructions furnished in created, oral, diagram, or schedule type.

What we have been looking for inside our candidates:
Ideally a qualification qualified or equivalent.

Minimum 2 years’ expertise in a call center environment.

Solid consumer focus and customer partnership management experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft Applications

Information and encounter in Maximo/CAFM System can be an advantage.
