Required candidates with Minimal 02 years of Encounter in Electromechanical / FM Firm.

  • Greeting clients in an agreeable, professional manner utilizing the recommended script.
  • Encounter in Handling the helpdesk system, ensuring complaints/inquiries are usually forwarded to particular technical team correctly; Follow-up & day time ensure concern is attended and fixed on a single.
  • Answering e-mail and telephonic inquiries regularly.
  • Generate product sales qualified prospects
  • Identify and assess customers’ must achieve fulfillment
  • Build sustainable human relationships and trust with consumer accounts through open up and interactive conversation
  • Keep records of client interactions, process consumer accounts and file paperwork
