Customer Service Representative – FACILITY MANAGEMENT – Fix Pro – Mussafah

The candidate must have client dealing experience in facility management, in addition to be excellent in IT/systems, Account executive skills and documentation is necessary. He’ll provide oversight and tabs on process implementation /She.

Job Duties and Responsibilities include, but aren’t limited by:

· Organize, compile, update company documentation and records.

· Maintain schedule and coordinate calendar activities

· Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.

Client Account management:

The candidate is directly in charge of the management and delivery of the MEP and Civil services and shall ensure support for the core business of the Project, indirect support to your client Management team.

He/she will maintain a knowledge of the operational needs of the project and become in charge of ensuring the successful planning, implementation, and completion of works in the ongoing service maintenance business.

The candidate shall take responsibility for the delivery of planning and day-to-day operations.

The candidate will ensure alignment and full coordination between your Client Management team and all the departments

Making certain all service delivery are complying with company internal protocols and management systems.

Takes a Problem solver and delivery and execution approach

Excellent verbal and written communication in English is vital (100% compliance)

Interpersonal, relationship-building, and negotiation skills;

Having the ability to work in stressful situations and total knowledge of the working environment of the role;

Organization, systematic and a lateral thinking appliance;

Research skills and the capability to draw information from various sources, including people;

The successful candidate for the role should be from the Hard FM service background.

Experience Level: Minimum 5 Years of Experience in Facility Management Company.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: From AED2,000.00 monthly
