Managing products and service function linked to Institutional Banking customers to guarantee the delivery of quality service to customers, while projecting the warm image of ADIB, maintenance of operational controls and continuous improvement in financial services and operational service efficiency.
- Deposit account documentation. – Handle inquiries linked to deposit accounts. Closing and opening of deposit accounts, ensure proper completion of forms, observe KYC CB and policies instructions.
- Finance account documentation. – Handle inquiries linked to finance and covered cards, proper maintenance of customer files, prepare finance applications and acquire necessary approvals, input of data in the operational system, ensure proper completion of forms.
- Sales-Management of service delivery.
- Sell and cross sell ADIB’s products and promote ADIB’s image
- Staff coordination and Management. – Management of subordinates, plan their appraisal and training.
- Perform other task specified by Management.
Broad understanding of ADIB’s Retail Banking financial loans & services
Thorough understanding of ADIB’s Retail Credit & Operational Policies & Procedures
Good Understanding of UAE banking practices , regulations & risks
Good Understanding of Anti-Money laundering regulations issued by the UAE Central Bank along with other regulatory authorities
General knowing of competitors in the neighborhood market
Fair understanding of service standards
Management Information skills
