– Focus on phone calls and requests directed through the switchboard, online program (a day / seven days a week) associated with the attributes.
– Report tenant/Client and program fault requests on the Service Management system precisely.
– Follow-up with customers/tenants and technicians concerning job cards released.
– Making certain the work demand is finished in CFM program, either via PDA on web site or at the Helpdesk.
– Updating CFM accurately and properly with feedback from web site management and employees.
What we are searching for inside our candidates:
– Minimal two (2) years encounter in help-desk atmosphere using fast and precise keyboard typing abilities.
– Excellent consumer and call handling abilities.
– Good information entry abilities.
– Solid communication and interpersonal abilities at a person and team degree.
– Working understanding of FM ( Facilities Administration) systems.
– Preferably a degree holder running a business administration or associated self-discipline.
