Customer Care & Operations Coordinator – Joys Facilities Management – Abu Dhabi

Required applicants with Minimum 02 yrs of Expertise in Electromechanical / FM Firm.

Encounter in Handling the helpdesk system, ensuring complaints/inquiries are usually forwarded to particular technical team correctly; Follow-up & day time ensure concern is attended and fixed on a single.

Prepare and submit everyday, weekly, monthly, and yearly customized reports to administration.

Inventory administration for the Technical Shop.

Excellent communication abilities and order over English, Hindi & Malayalam Languages

Work Place : Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Employment position : Bachelor.
