Work DESCRIPTION
§ Obtain material prices and organize all the details essential to create and publish proposals to customers
§ Use comprehensive spreadsheets and company-accepted formulas to calculate the projected expenses of proposed tasks
§ Solicit and evaluation subcontractor proposals and assist with agreement negotiations
§ Coordinate office routines and operations to protected performance and compliance to business policies
§ Manage cell phone correspondence and phone calls (e-mail, letters, deals etc.)
§ Assistance budgeting and bookkeeping treatments
§ Create and up-date databases and records with employees, other and financial information
§ Track stocks of workplace supplies and location orders when essential
Specifications
QUALIFICATION
§ 2-3 years’ encounter in Construction or Service Management market
§ Possess knowledge in Structure and FM price and volume estimation
§ Proven experience being an working office administrator, office assistant or appropriate role
§ Outstanding conversation and interpersonal skills
§ Superb organizational and leadership abilities
§ Knowledge of office management techniques and basic accounting concepts
