COO ( Facilities Management Backgorund) – Street Bites – Abu Dhabi

We are searching for a Chief Operations Officer for a VIP FM client located in Abu Dhabi:

– Will need to have experience in exactly the same field in UAE/GULF

– Will need to have minimum a decade of experience in exactly the same field

– Will need to have knowledge and experience in the Facilities maintenance sector on the market

Brief JD:

  • Provide input support in establishing business strategy, corporate strategy, annual business program and annual budget. Ensure implementation of the also.
  • Formulate strategy, budgets, procedures and policies of the Operations division aligned with business strategy. manage and
  • Oversee business and operational activities of the complete Company.
  • Evaluation and guarantee efficient and efficient operations of most departments of the ongoing company.
  • Assist the CEO with the implementation of set up processes, standards and policies by making certain strategy is cascaded well through the entire organization.
  • Acknowledge clear performance objectives and evaluation performance against objectives for every department regularly.
  • Ensure maintenance of the best standards of expert conduct, in way of life of the Operations division and the complete Company ethics and integrity.
  • Provide timely, accurate and full information to the principle Executive Officer on the progress of person departments and the business all together.

Salary Negotiable – Dependant on the knowledge

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Around AED40,000.00 monthly
