- Provide input assistance in developing business technique, corporate strategy, annual company plan and annual spending budget. Ensure implementation of the also.
- Formulate strategy, budgets, processes and guidelines of the Procedures division aligned with company strategy. manage and
- Oversee company and operational routines of the complete Company.
- Review and ensure effective and effective operations of most departments of the continuing company.
- Help the CEO with the execution of established processes, requirements and policies by making certain strategy is cascaded properly throughout the organization.
- Acknowledge clear performance goals and review efficiency against objectives for every department regularly.
