Concierge Agent – Building Managemet – Hills Heights Property Manangement – Dubai

POSITION Overview:

The Concierge’s primary responsibility would be to assist occupants and visitors with any inquiries, mail, requirements and communications they could have concerning their home. In short, the Concierge aims to aid with all queries nearly, plans or arrangements, the visitors or resident intends to create; the Concierge can be in charge of receiving and distributing correspondence and parcels for both residents and visitors.

Job Explanation:

  • Welcomes and assists inhabitants and their visitor’s in accordance with Brand Specifications
  • Can be an ambassador of Concierge Providers by giving memorable service encounters
  • Ensures prompt, updated and effective recording of mail, parcels, messages and website visitors
  • Maintains a perpetual existence on the Concierge Table through the entire hours of the change
  • Remains observant, notes choices of the occupants & visitors, and responds to inquiries &amp accordingly; requests
  • Greets and assists residents and site visitors subsequent standards either personally, email or on the telephone
  • Greets all visitors and residents courteously, using their brands whenever you can
  • Follows Occupational Wellness & Safety rules
  • Reports suspicious individuals, behavior, parcels and automobiles to Safety
  • Ensures a whole and extensive handover is directed at the next change
  • Ensures follow-up on any outstanding products on the handover record and takes possession
  • Handles cash for home services (A Una Carte Services, Water shipping)
  • Logging and keeping of keys for inhabitants
  • Supplying keys and accessibility cards responsibly sufficient reason for the right documentation
  • Ensures right submitting and updating of occupants and guests information
  • Coordinates move around in and re-locate requests
  • Ensures the building guidelines are implemented and communicated to the inhabitants


  • Must possess excellent guest services skills, expert presentation and advanced verbal & written conversation skills
  • Should be service-oriented, have a captivating character, and radiate enthusiasm to aid people
  • Experienced in the English vocabulary (verbal & written), extra languages are a secured asset
  • Should be able to deal with a variety of tasks within an intense, ever-changing atmosphere
  • Should be flexible with regards to working hours, and in a position to work with little if any supervision
  • Will need to have the opportunity to assess and create decisions based on solid, analytical, problem-solving abilities
  • Should be personal computer literate in Microsoft Windows and MS Workplace suite
  • A couple of years experience in Home (FM)Facilities or Constructing Management encounters.

Work Types: Full-period, Permanent

Income: AED3,000.00 – AED3,500.00 monthly
