It is a multi-faceted function within a property development company. The primary responsibilities will be the following
· Manage the administrative/assistance teams
· Oversee the composition of most sales agreements/agreements
· Full Oqood registrations
· Deliver a thorough service to enquiring customers
· Manage customers’ accounts and complaints in a specialist manner
· Keep an archive of customer interaction and information on actions taken
· Generating leasing leads for retail and residential portfolio
· Conduct viewings and negotiate deals on leasing portfolio
· Manage leasing renewals and notices
· Use FM team to control tenants’ maintenance issues.
To be able to excel in this role, the candidate will need to have the next skills/experience
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Should be in a position to read and write English and Arabic fluently
· The capability to maintain calm under great pressure and deliver a higher degree of service
· An intensive knowledge of the merchandise or service the business they work for offers
· Efficiency and organizational skills plus a keen eye for detail
· Administrative skills and experience owning a team
· Computer literacy to be able to type up reports, results and information on customer interaction
· Experience within leasing and customer support departments
· Ideally have developer experience and understand the development process and documentation
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: AED14,000.00 – AED17,000.00 monthly
